Shawn Hammonds is a Brazillian Jiu Jitsu and Judo Champion. He is a Judo Black Belt, and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 2nd Degree Black Belt. Shawn is a 2-time Pan Am Games, Gold Medal winner, 8-time Silver and Bronze Medalist, and a Silver Medalist in World Championship. He is currently the lead Jiu Jitsu instructor at Ed Clay's Nashville MMA.
 

In addition to martial arts, Shawn is also a successful recording artist in Nashville, TN with Country Thunder Records.
